Flex Belt Review

If you want a way to kick up your ab workout without adding more sit-ups to an already dull exercise routine, then an ab toning belt is the best way to go.

With the Flex Belt (visit official website), not only don’t you have to do sit-ups, you don’t have to do anything at all except just put it on. The belt will do the rest!

If it sounds like just another ineffective technique that won’t help you lose anything except your money, it’s not. In fact, The Flex Belt uses technology that has been used in the health care industry for thirty years.

How Does The Flex Belt Work?

The ab belt is constructed with three pre-positoned, medical-grade gel pads. These pads cover your abdominal muscles in the front of your stomach, as well as the external obliques. While being worn, the Flex Belt emits signals that go out to the nerves in areas where they are highly concentrated.

These nerves branch out to further abdominal muscles outside the area covered by the gel pads so that all the abdominal muscles are stimulated. These signals cause the muscles to relax and contract in a way that is natural and also causes all the muscles to work at the same time.

Physical therapists use this same technology on patients whose ability to work their own muscles has been limited. This method works the muscles for them so they can increase muscle tone and mass even though they have had their own movement impaired. The Flex Belt works the same way on your abs.

Since you only need to wear the ab toning belt for thirty minutes a day to get stronger, more toned abs, it is great to wear while walking, running, or biking. If you normally engage in any type of exercise, you can wear the belt at the same time you repeat your regular routine. If not, you can wear it while you watch TV, read a book, or perform your regular household chores. It’s inconspicuous enough that you can even wear it at work!

The contractions in your muscles caused by Flex belt run deep, yet they are comfortable enough for you to continue your regular routine uninterrupted. You don’t have to make time to go to the gym or exercise your abs ever again. Now, you can do it any time.

Who Can Use The Flex Belt?

The belt can be used by any age and those of any fitness level. It’s even safe for new mother’s to use, and there’s no better time to start working on getting your abs back into shape than right after you’ve had a baby. This abdominal belt makes it easy to get back on track without taking any time from an already loaded schedule of caring for a newborn.

If you have a health problem that has kept you from working on your abs, there is no longer a problem. Sit-ups and other ab exercises that require you to lie on a hard floor are impossible for anyone with any type of back ailment.

With the Flex Belt, you don’t have to lie on the floor, bend, or do anything that will cause you to experience pain or discomfort. Just put The Flex Belt on, wear it for thirty minutes a day, and it will have your abs showing improvement in a matter of weeks.

When you get your Flex Belt package, you get an extension so that if you have a waist over forty-four inches, you can attach the extension so it will fit. You get the Flex Belt and the Gel Pads, a rechargeable Power Supply unit, a carrying case, and an instruction manual. You also get the comfort of knowing you are using a patented technology that has been proven safe and effective for thousands of people.

The surprising thing about the Flex Belt is that it works. Ninety-three percent of those that have used the Flex Belt have gotten results. If it weren’t so effective, there wouldn’t be such a great guarantee on it. You’re guaranteed to notice a difference within four weeks, but you also have a sixty day money-back guarantee to make sure you are satisfied. Not only will you be satisfied, you’ll be surprised that it actually produces results.

Most of us have gotten to be skeptics, especially when it comes to weight loss and fitness solutions that seem too good to be true. After all, The Flex Belt isn’t the first ab belt you’ve probably ever seen on the market.

The difference between it and the others is that the Flex Belt works with technology that has been proven. It can work for you with little effort, no matter what your normal routine may be. It is quite possibly the simplest piece of fitness equipment you can use and still expect to get results.

The best way to decide for yourself if The Flex Belt is the right exercise equipment for you is to go to the Flex Belt merchant’s site and get a better look at the ab belt and the types of results it has produced for others.

I’ve been using the flex belt 4 weeks, twice a day. I must admit that I love it. Not only is my lower tummy flatter and my abs overall more defined, the sensations from the belt have actually eased up back pains I have been having constantly for months!

I still do other ab exercise but only once a week now instead of 4 times which is great.

One week ago I changed the pads for the first time, I’m planning to change them only every three weeks! Seems to be ok.

[…] by wearing it.The Contour Abs is a bit older than newer electronic muscle stimulation devices like the Flex Belt. It delivers a series of electrical impulses that cause the muscles in the abdomen to contract. […]

Okay, so I ordered The Flex Belt about four days ago, and I’m just a tad bit worried. They said that it would show up in 2-4 days, and it still hasn’t shown up. Also, they don’t send confirmation emails. I thought that was very dumb, it also worries me. However, the charge was sent to my card so I’m quite sure I ordered. I really hope it works and that the rave reviews weren’t from liars. I really excited to use it though, when it gets here at least. Hmph…. :P

I got my flexbelt 4 days ago. Day one I went for 1 hour on 60 60. Day two 1 hour on 65 65. Day three rest. And my abs were sore as hell! But it was that good sore you get from working your ass off! Will do another hour today at 65 65 or 70 70.
3 years in the army as a cavalry scout couldn’t get rid of my spare tire. So ill give this a shot! Took pics and measurements on day 1, Will continue throughout my use of the flexbelt.

I’m young, just turned fifteen, but I read that this can be used for most ages. I’ve been trying to work on my abs and my back has been a major problem. I’ve been trying to find somthing that can work easily, but nothing so far. Then I found this and I’m interested. But I’d rather have the opinions of people who have actually used this.

Well guys, i’ll start off by saying i might be the biggest skeptic there is. Thus saying so, this is my first ever purchase ever made to improve anything. I’ve never posted a review either, but im here to let you know what’s up. I am active duty military in the air force, and in no way shape or form am i in shape, i eat very unhealthy, i never exercise other than a month prior to my fitness test, of which i always pass but by very little. But i’ll contest to this product, if it works or if it’s phony. In a few weeks if nothing then well screw it i can return it.
Im 26, about 205-215 i fluctuate alot, about 5’11. Im fairly solid with the exception of my stomach, that seems to be only where all my fat goes. Normally when i do exercise i loose weight off my stomach and my face the most. So here goes it. i recieved my product just yesterday and instantly charged it up and put it on, yesterday i did 50 mins with an intensity of 85/85 today i put it on for an hour with an intensity of 100/100 – 105/105. Im not sore yet nor do i feel like im going to be sore but ill check in a little later. Any questions? Oh im at a size 38″ waist

I am planning to purchase the Flex Belt, the Mini and the Arms…there is just not enough information. I know it says 30 minutes a day…no idea of the settings I tried to look up a manual but without success. Any ideas on how to research my questions,

    My Question is for Antonio,

How are your results since September 16th, you should have some results by now? I am thinking about purchasing one and am roughly the same size and weight as you are and am extremely skeptical with the responses from some of these people. I am hoping this works as i have a back issue and have had the same spare tire for years and am sick of it. Please advise!
    Thanks,

    Justin

    Hi everyone,
I’ve been searching on-line for something to help me out getting the abs I always wanted and that I could never get. So far all the informations and reviews about The Flex Belt tell me that I could actually be the one product that will finally give me my six-pack.
I do have some questions that maybe some of you Flex Belt users can help me out with:
1 – Can you use the Flex Belt twice a day?
2 – I know you have to change the Gel-Pads approximately every 30 days, as reported on the Flex Belt website; but is that 30 days time period calculated on a 1 time a day usage?
3 – What kind of Gel-Pads can I use with the Flex Belt? Do I have to use only the one kind they sell on the Flex Belt website, or I can find them somewhere else/find another kind CHEAPER?
4 – If I use the flex belt for lets say 1 year, will I be able to keep the results I got with it continuing working out without it?

Please guys help me out, because I’m really interested in the Flex Belt, and my only concern is the price of the Belt (which is above what I could spend…) and mostly the price of the Gel-Pads I’d have to buy every month or so to keep using it.

    Thank you very much everyone.
    Marco

Guys and Ladies I purchased the Flex belt a little over a week ago after considering surgery to removed the fat of my belly and love handles. Well, I must say that I surely believe that the holy spirit was speaking to me. Anyway, I decided not to go through with the surgery and do more research. I came cross this website regarding the Flex belt and read the reviews and was pleased that all the reviews were positive. I have been using the belt for atleast a week and my waist was a 38 here it is one week and my measurement around my waist is not 36.1. I can’t believe it my stomach muscles are now stronger and my belly is flatter. You guys if this product has caused me to loose inches quickly so fast, I can’t wait to see the results next week. I have tried everything including the Coutour Belt and it didn’t work for me BUT the Flex belt is working, I am so happy.

  26. Erik on April 24th, 2012

I recieved my flex belt today and tried it out. I used it for an hour. Managed to work it up to level 125. The contractions are amazing! I feel like i did a weeks worth of ab workouts in just one hour. Great product!
