Hi everyone,
I've been searching on-line for something to help me out getting the abs I always wanted and that I could never get. So far all the informations and reviews about The Flex Belt tell me that I could actually be the one product that will finally give me my six-pack.
I do have some questions that maybe some of you Flex Belt users can help me out with:
1 - Can you use the Flex Belt twice a day?
2 - I know you have to change the Gel-Pads approximately every 30 days, as reported on the Flex Belt website; but is that 30 days time period calculated on a 1 time a day usage?
3 - What kind of Gel-Pads can I use with the Flex Belt? Do I have to use only the one kind they sell on the Flex Belt website, or I can find them somewhere else/find another kind CHEAPER?
4 - If I use the flex belt for lets say 1 year, will I be able to keep the results I got with it continuing working out without it?

Please guys help me out, because I'm really interested in the Flex Belt, and my only concern is the price of the Belt (which is above what I could spend...) and mostly the price of the Gel-Pads I'd have to buy every month or so to keep using it.

Thank you very much everyone.

My Question is for Antonio,

How are your results since September 16th, you should have some results by now? I am thinking about purchasing one and am roughly the same size and weight as you are and am extremely skeptical with the responses from some of these people. I am hoping this works as i have a back issue and have had the same spare tire for years and am sick of it. Please advise!
Thanks,

I am planning to purchase the Flex Belt, the Mini and the Arms...there is just not enough information. I know it says 30 minutes a day...no idea of the settings I tried to look up a manual but without success. Any ideas on how to research my questions,

Well guys, i'll start off by saying i might be the biggest skeptic there is. Thus saying so, this is my first ever purchase ever made to improve anything. I've never posted a review either, but im here to let you know what's up. I am active duty military in the air force, and in no way shape or form am i in shape, i eat very unhealthy, i never exercise other than a month prior to my fitness test, of which i always pass but by very little. But i'll contest to this product, if it works or if it's phony. In a few weeks if nothing then well screw it i can return it.
Im 26, about 205-215 i fluctuate alot, about 5'11. Im fairly solid with the exception of my stomach, that seems to be only where all my fat goes. Normally when i do exercise i loose weight off my stomach and my face the most. So here goes it. i recieved my product just yesterday and instantly charged it up and put it on, yesterday i did 50 mins with an intensity of 85/85 today i put it on for an hour with an intensity of 100/100 - 105/105. Im not sore yet nor do i feel like im going to be sore but ill check in a little later. Any questions? Oh im at a size 38" waist

I'm young, just turned fifteen, but I read that this can be used for most ages. I've been trying to work on my abs and my back has been a major problem. I've been trying to find somthing that can work easily, but nothing so far. Then I found this and I'm interested. But I'd rather have the opinions of people who have actually used this.
