to whoever is taking in 500 cal a day, you are starving yourself... and putting a massive amount of stress on your liver and kidneys. Also you need carbohydrate to burn your fat....if you dont your body compensates by changing its metabolisme...to a much less efficient and less healthy one... this is madness....to you all.....and those who think they wont put the weight back on....forget it...of course you will.

i used the hcg drops they worked wonderful i lost the weight i needed, however i failed the last step and didnt set my weight. So now that i set my weight at a higher poundage than i desired, i seem to be stuck at that weight. how do i break it. I can lose a few pounds but forever go right back up to that set weight. Now what? (and now every time i try to use the hcg drops i fail every time. ) I have tried several diets since and always go right back to that set weight.

I know a lot of people who used Sensa and they also tried Alli. They said Alli didn't work but Sensa does. If u feel full, it means are you eating less calories and then that helps you lose weight, but you shouldn't stop exercise though. Sensa is not a miracle worker and BOOM u lost weight automatically. My father-in-law is a doctor and he recommends this product to his patients because he used it himself.. I tried Atkins, physicians weight loss and u still feel hungry and didn't work. Physicians Weight Loss costs $1,000-$2,000, Nutrisystem is $250/month, so $90 is not too bad compared to other weight loss programs. If u paid $90 and don't like it then pass it to someone else who might want to try it. They wouldn't sell the product unless it didn't help! I am going to try it.

Hi,

I thought I shared my experience with everyone. I have tried this so have my friends. I would hate for more people to keep making this business rich....don't fall for it... unless you go to the clinic you are best going to the clinic that carries the real stuff.. It is really not that expensive..

It took me a year to realize that this is why FDA has no comment yet. If you read and about HCG and the FDA you will see that they have not yet given an asnwer because when they do the study on the liquid I bet it shows what I just did. Here is my theory. This is information that I myself investigated from talking to people researching reading, talking to people who have been on it writting the names and bottle they have teken and talking to HCG main corporate who developed this protocol.

The best way to know if this info is legit is the person who discovered it which is Dr. Simeons. I bought my first HCG at GNC because I trust the store I never had any other issues with their sells or products. Until I bought my first HCG with them. I tried it for about 3 weeks. I was 150 at the time. I did manage to go down to 130. I followed every step possible and my weight was still fluctuating. So I don't know why I assumed it was the real HCG. I should've checked the label first.

Well when I educated myself more on the ingredients and had the knowledge of what it is supposed to contain. I researched and found out that there was no HCG in it on the back of the bottle if you read it basically says water based it is diluted. I was upset. Then talked to a trainer at my gym this is what he says....sweetie you lost all the muscle you had before it sure was not fat... what you are taking showed him the bottle and said it was fake HCG. I was upset because it made me loose muscle instead of fat. I really think the fact of putting the liquid under your tongue makes you think psychologically that it will work because that is what you read, but like I said when you research and have knowledge. You want to test it for yourself.

So here it goes I did my on scientific test. I stopped the HCG for about two weeks. Then my trainer told me watch let’s put it to the test...I went back to the gym and started lifting weights again and got muscle back it took me about 3 months to be back in shape. He tells me to try the diet again but this time DO NOT TAKE THE HCG follows the same protocol of Dr. Simons. I did exactly what he told me then I sure was losing weight pounds it was sub conscience....I then realized it was not the drops it is the fact of the low intake calories consumed. I started losing my muscle again...so he basically taught me a lesson that HCG is a gimmick people learned the hard way by assuming that it is the drops I guess testing and putting yourself to the test makes you even more open minded about the products.

He said that the best way to shed the locked weight is by having the real HCG injected that will hit the stored fat not your muscle. So I called the corporate yesterday because I have been eager to lose the weight so I am right now at 114 it is not because of the HCG folks it is because of Zumba and working out at the gym lots of cordial. I have 4 more pounds that are hard to loose. Sometimes 114 turns to 117, yep I can't explain the reason why but it happens. I think it is muscle confusion. I eat more than 500 calories now. So I called the main HCG corporate and called Dr. Simeons representatives and asked them that question because I still have been curious. They said they the Hormone is sold in some bottles and it is legit but hard to get. I asked the how I know if it has the HCG in it. They told me to read the back label in the ingredients it should say Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. When you buy it since it is a hormone when you buy a pregnancy test the drops on the pregnancy test if it is negative then it is fake HCG if it is real then you will have a positive result...

Just to let you people know that you have to try things and learn the hard way to figure out that HCG is a gimmick. Check this out yesterday I spend about 70.00 at a spa I bought what the representative told me to look for in the bottle, the bottle said it contained the HCG in it so I bought it. I went to Walgreens test it on a pregnancy test and results came back....negative yet the bottle was advertised as HCG in it....so from this theory I now just rather go the clinic and get injected put on and see the true results then to keep feeding this companies more money. I rather pay the 250.00 to 300.00 is worth it...that is practically what I have spent now and fake bottles...

as usual i put the cart infront of the horse. i should have did my research first. i have tried every diet that has come down the pike. the ( old ) dextrim diet worked for me years ago. lost 68 lbs. but like all diets when you get off it you gaine your weight back + more. i ordered sensa on the 30 day trial. payed $ 10.72. received 4 containers of sweet & salty sprinkles, along with instructions. after using it on my first 2 meals i had diarrhea for about 2 movemants. no problem after that. will continue to use sensa for under the trial period. i have read the comments pro + con concerning sensa, so far it looks about 50/50. no dought sensa isent for everyone, so i suggest you dont follow my lead by putting the cart infront of the horse, do your home worh first. i will keep you posted on my progress.
I have the Slendertone, and it really works for me. Along with some of the other commentators on this site, I have had some severe (not life threatening) health issues, that have prevented me from exercising. It is a verifiable fact that with continual use of the device, I have lost inches on my waist. For those who are already fit or don't need toning, the electronic belts do assist in other ways by improving circulation, and digestion. I am working my way up into the 70's, and will probably also invest in a Flex Belt to continue on to higher levels.

Where does on place the pads withe these things? I do not have one, but had an ibjury that has done nerve damage that resulted in problems in the lower right and left quadrants of my abdomen. Nerve damage means that stimulation will not, necessarily, mean muscle contraction. Can someone measure and direction from the navel (ie toward hip, etc.), please?? OR are they adjustable?
I don't want the hassel if it won't work on me.

Thanks for the candor on this site.
